The Scientific Committee encouraged the development of quieter and environmentally safer acoustic technologies and the use of best available control technologies and other mitigation measures to reduce the impact of man-madenoise sources in the Agreement area.
وشجعت اللجنة العلمية على وضع واستحداث تكنولوجيات صوتية أقل ضجيجا ومأمونة بيئيا واستخدام أفضل تكنولوجيات الرقابة المتوفرة وغيرها من تدابير التخفيف بغية تقليل أثر مصادر الضوضاء التي هي من صنع الإنسان في المنطقة المشمولة بالاتفاق.
