Juveniles must be given sufficient time off so that they can attend compulsory vocational training school, with wage payments being continued during that time.
ويجب أن يمنح الأحداث إجازة كافية لكي يتسنى لهم حضور التدريب المهني الإلزامي بالمدارس، مع الاستمرار في دفع أجورهم أثناء تلك الفترة.

If it is necessary for an employed person to work on the day of his/her weekly rest, he/she must be given a day off during the coming week instead (art. 28).
وإذا كانت هناك ضرورة لأن يعمل الشخص العامل يوم عطلته الأسبوعية، فلا بد أن يُمنح يوم إجازة خلال الأسبوع التالي عوضاً عنها (المادة 28).

عملا بأحكام القاعدة 103/12 من النظام الإداري، يُمنح الموظفون المعينون في فئة الخدمات العامة الذين يطلب منهم العمل وقتا إضافيا إجازة تعويضية، ويجوز أن يتلقوا بدلا من ذلك أجرا إضافيا وفقا للأحكام التالية:

* Female employees subject to providing evening service for reasons mentioned earlier and who may have children below 10 years to look after must be given time off when they invoke and justify acceptable reason (p.5), remission to p.5 of article 104.
* الموظفات المطلوب منهنَّ تقديم خدمات ليلية لأسباب مذكورة أعلاه ويكون لديهن أطفال دون سن العاشرة يحتاجون إلى عنايتهن، يجب إعطاؤهن وقتاً لذلك عندما يتذرعن بسببٍ مقبول ويبررنه (الفقرة 5)، إحالة إلى الفقرة 5 من المادة 104.
