If the Court of Appeals finds that the death penalty should be imposed, it should render the judgement but refrain from makinganentryof the judgement and elevate the entire record to the Supreme Court for review.
وإذا ما خلصت محكمة الاستئناف إلى وجوب إصدار حكم بالإعدام، فينبغي أن تُصدِر قرارها، ولكن مع عدم تدوينه، وأن ترفع كامل ملف القضية إلى المحكمة العليا لاستعراضه.
