ومؤتمر الأطراف مدعو إلى الإحاطة علماً بالنقاط الواردة أدناه التي تتناول بالوصف التقدّم المحرز في تنفيذ المقرّر.

(د) التفكير الجاد في طرق تعزيز تدفق المعلومات بشأن مسائل ذات اهتمام مشترك مع منظمة التجارة العالمية؛

(d) To reflect on ways of enhancing information flows on matters of common interest with the other related conventions and organizations of interest to the Parties to the Montreal Protocol;
(د) التفكير في طرق لتعزيز تدفق المعلومات بشأن المسائل ذات الاهتمام المشترك مع اتفاقيات ومنظمات ذات صلة أخرى تهم الأطراف في بروتوكول مونتريال؛

To seek observer status in the Committee on Trade and Environment in Special Session of the World Trade Organization and inform Parties when the request had been submitted and when it had been granted; To report to the Conference of the Parties on any WTO meetings that it attended, any substantive contacts that it had with the WTO secretariat and any general or factual information provided to or any other information requested by the WTO secretariat or any other body of that organization; To ensure that at no time did it provide an interpretation of the provisions of the Convention; To monitor developments in the Committee on Trade and Environment in Special Session and report on such developments to the Conference of the Parties; and To reflect on ways of enhancing information flows on matters of common interest with WTO.
ومطلوب من مؤتمر الأطراف الأخذ علماً بالنقاط التالية التي تعرض مدى ما أُحرز من تقدم باتجاه تنفيذ المقرر الآنف الذكر:

The Parties noted also that “informal dialogue has been taking place more recently between multilateral environmental agreements, including between the secretariat of the Montreal Protocol, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, the secretariat on the conventions on persistent organic pollutants and prior informed consent, the secretariat on the Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management, the World Trade Organization, and the World Customs Organization to enhance synergies in particular in relation to the environment, health, and trade.” The Parties, “mindful of the need to strengthen cooperation between the Montreal Protocol and the other convention secretariats and international organizations within their respective mandates,” welcomed the enhanced cooperation between the Secretariat of the Montreal Protocol and the other convention secretariats and international organizations, and requested the Secretariat, among other things, to seek opportunities to enhance its cooperation with other relevant conventions or organizations that pertain to issues related to the Montreal Protocol and to reflect on ways of enhancing information flows on matters of common interest with related conventions and organizations of interest to the Parties to the Montreal Protocol.
ورحبت الأطراف، "وعياً منه بالحاجة إلى تعزيز التعاون بين بروتوكول مونتريال وأمانات الاتفاقيات ذات الصلة الأخرى والمنظمات الدولية كلاً ضمن الولاية الخاصة بها،" بتعزيز التعاون بين أمانة بروتوكول مونتريال وأمانات الاتفاقيات الأخرى والمنظمات الدولية، وطلبت من الأمانة أموراً من بينها، التماس الفرص لتعزيز تعاونها مع اتفاقيات أو منظمات ذات صلة أخرى ترتبط بالقضايا المتصلة ببروتوكول مونتريال والتفكير في طرق لتعزيز تدفق المعلومات بشأن المسائل ذات الاهتمام المشترك مع اتفاقيات ومنظمات ذات صلة أخرى تهم الأطراف في بروتوكول مونتريال.
