This will be particularly important in the case of reorganization to avoid further diminution of value of the assets and to improve the chances of a successful reorganization.
وستكون لهذا أهمية خاصة في حالة اعادة التنظيم لتفادي استمرار تضاؤل قيمة الموجودات ولتحسين الفرص لنجاح اعادة التنظيم.

If the value exceeds the claim, the secured creditor will not be harmed by the diminution of value until that value becomes insufficient to pay the secured claim.
وإذا كانت القيمة تفوق مقدار المطالبة فإنّ الدائن المضمون لن يتكبد خسائر نتيجة لتناقص القيمة إلى أن تصبح تلك القيمة غير كافية لسداد المطالبة المضمونة.

(b) The value of the encumbered asset is diminishing [as a result of the commencement of insolvency proceedings] and the secured creditor is not protected against that diminution of value; and
