2.7.2.4.1.4 Radioactive material with an activity not exceeding the limit specified in column 4 of Table 2.7.2.4.1.2, may be classified under UN 2910, RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL, EXCEPTED PACKAGE - LIMITED QUANTITY OF MATERIAL provided that:

3.5.1.5.1 Packages containing excepted quantities of dangerous goods prepared in accordance with this Chapter shall be durably and legibly marked with the mark shown in Figure 3.5.1.

The non-conformity of the goods has to be determined according to article 35 which includes the delivery of defective goods, of different goods (aliud), defects in packaging, and deficiencies in quantity.
