Condena enérgicamente la masacre cometida contra los civiles refugiados en Gatumba, Bujumbura, y quisiera alentar el inicio inmediato de procedimientos judiciales nacionales e internacionales para que los autores de los asesinatos y quienes les ayudaron e instigaron respondan ante la justicia.
