Podrá denegarse la licencia de enfermedad si el Secretario General considera que no se justifica, en cuyo caso el período de ausencia se considerará de ausencia no autorizada, con arreglo al párrafo d) de la regla 205.1.
ويجوز رفض الإجازة المرضية إذا ثبت لدى الأمين العام أنه لا مبرر لها، وفي هذه الحالة يعتبر الغياب غير مأذونبه وفقا للقاعدة 205/1 (د).
