(Service Design) A technique that helps to identify the impact of CI failure on IT Services. A matrix is created with IT Services on one edge and CIs on the other. This enables the identification of critical CIs (that could cause the failure of multiple IT Services) and of fragile IT Services (that have multiple Single Points of Failure).
(تصميم الخدمة) هو أسلوب يساعد في تحديد تأثير عطل عنصر تهيئة على خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات. يتم إنشاء مصفوفة مكونة من خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في أحد بعديها و عناصر التهيئة في البعد الآخر، بذلك يمكن معرفة عناصر التهيئة الهامة (التي يمكن أن تسبب عطل عدة خدمات تكنولوجيا معلومات) و معرفة خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات الهشة (التي لديها عدة نقاط أعطال).
