Under article 6 of the Convention, a consignment note is required, inter alia, to incorporate a statement that the Convention is applicable, to establish the applicable time limit for delivery and to make declarations of value or special interest in delivery.
فبموجب المادة 6 من الاتفاقية يشترط في جملة أمور، أن تتضمن حافظة الشحن نصا يقضي بانطباق الاتفاقية، وأن تحدد الحافظة الموعد النهائي المنطبق على التسليم وعلى إصدار إعلانات القيمة أو إعلانات وجود مصلحة خاصة في التسليم.
