With respect to paragraph 22 of document A/CN.9/WG.IV/WP.86/Add.1, the view was expressed that the draft guide should reflect the practices that involved the use of “split keys”, i.e. situations where a single key was operated by two or more persons whose joint action was necessary to make the signature creation data operational.
وفيما يتعلق بالفقرة 22 من الوثيقة A/CN.9/WG.IV/WP.86/Add.1، أبدي رأي مفاده أن الدليل ينبغي أن يجسد الممارسات التي تشمل استخدام "مفاتيح مشطورة"، أي الحالات التي تتعلق بمفتاح واحد يشغله شخصان أو أكثر يكون عملهما معا ضروريا لكي تصبح بيانات انشاء التوقيع سارية عمليا.

واتفق عموما على ضرورة اضافة جملة الى الفقرة 22 يكون نصها كالتالي: "وعندما يكون هنالك مفتاح واحد يشغله أكثر من شخص واحد في سياق "مفتاح مشطور" أو مخطط آخر بشأن "السر المتشارك فيه"، تعني الإشارة الى "الموقّع" اشارة الى أولئك الأشخاص معا".
