The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia states that any step taken without the consent of the Georgian authorities in Abkhazia and South Ossetia concerning the modification of the strength of the military contingent stationed there, armaments, mandate, terms, configuration or any other parameter, as well as deployment of any new armed unit, will be considered, in compliance with resolution 3314 (XXIX) (14 December 1974) of the United Nations General Assembly, as an act of aggression, with all the ensuing consequences, directed against the State of Georgia.
وتعلن وزارة خارجية جورجيا أن أي خطوة تُتخذ من دون موافقة السلطات الجورجية في أبخازيا وأوسيتيا الجنوبية فيما يتعلق بإجراء تعديل في قوام الوحدة العسكرية المرابطة هناك، أو في تسليحها، أو ولايتها، أو شروطها، أو تشكيلتها، أو أي معيار آخر، إضافة إلى نشر أي وحدة مسلحة أخرى، ستعتبر وفقاً لقرار الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة 3314 (د-29) (14 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1974) عملاً عدوانياً موجهاً ضد دولة جورجيا، مع كل ما يجره من عواقب.
