A question was raised as to the “the date of the declaration” in subparagraphs (b), (c) and (d).
وطرح سؤال يتعلق بـ"تاريخ الاعلان" الوارد في الفقرات الفرعية (ب) و(ج) و(د).

(c) By a declaration of the parties addressed to the conciliator to the effect that the conciliation proceedings are terminated, on the date of the declaration; or
(ج) بإصدار الطرفين إعلانا موجها إلى الموفق يفيد بإنهاء إجراءات التوفيق، في تاريخ صدور الإعلان؛ أو
-
(c) By a declaration of the parties addressed to the conciliator to the effect that the conciliation proceedings are terminated, on the date of the declaration; or
(ج) بإصدار الطرفين إعلانا موجها إلى الموفق يفيد بإنهاء إجراءات التوفيق، في تاريخ صدور الإعلان؛ أو
-
(c) By a declaration of the parties addressed to the conciliator to the effect that the conciliation proceedings are terminated, on the date of the declaration; or
(4) عند تزكية أفراد أو تعيينهم للعمل كموفّقين، يتعين على المؤسسة أو الشخص مراعاة الاعتبارات التي يُرجح أن تكفل تعيين موفّق مستقل ومحايد، وعند الاقتضاء مراعاة استصواب تعيين موفّق تختلف جنسيته عن جنسيتي الطرفين.

بإصدار الطرفين إعلانا موجها إلى الموفق يفيد بإنهاء إجراءات التوفيق، في تاريخ صدور الإعلان؛ أو

by a written declaration of the parties addressed to the conciliator to the effect that the conciliation proceedings are terminated, on the date of the declaration; or
(ج) بإعلان كتابي من الطرفين موجه الى الموفّق يفيد بإنهاء اجراءات التوفيق، في تاريخ الاعلان؛ أو
-
(c) by a written declaration of the parties addressed to the conciliator to the effect that the conciliation proceedings are terminated, on the date of the declaration; or
(ج) أو باعلان كتابي يصدر عن الطرفين ويوجه الى الموفق بانهاء اجراءات التوفيق، في تاريخ صدور الاعلان؛

(c) by a written declaration of the parties addressed to the conciliator to the effect that the conciliation proceedings are terminated, on the date of the declaration; or
(ج) أو بإعلان كتابي يصدر عن الطرفين ويوجه إلى الموفق بإنهاء إجراءات التوفيق، في تاريخ صدور الإعلان؛

(c) by a written declaration of the parties addressed to the conciliator to the effect that the conciliation proceedings are terminated, on the date of the declaration; or
(ج) بإعلان كتابي من الطرفين موجه الى الموفق ويفيد بإنهاء اجراءات التوفيق، في تاريخ الاعلان؛ أو
