(a) The Convention on the Prevention of Marine Pollution by Dumping of Wastes and Other Matter, 1972;

The entry into force of the 1996 Protocol to the Convention on the Prevention of Marine Pollution by Dumping of Wastes and Other Matter should not be delayed.
وينبغي عدم الإبطاء في دخول بروتوكول 1996 الملحق باتفاقية منع التلوث البحري الناجم عن إغراق النفايات ومواد أخرى إلى حيز النفاذ.

(b) The 1996 Protocol to the London Convention on the Prevention of Marine Pollution by Dumping of Wastes and Other Matter, 1972;

The entry into force of the 1996 Protocol to the Convention on the Prevention of Marine Pollution by Dumping of Wastes and Other Matter should not be delayed.

(d) For dumping. The 1972 London Convention on the Prevention of Marine Pollution by Dumping of Wastes and Other Matter has long governed these issues, and has been revised and amended by the 1996 Protocol thereto;

Under the auspices of the Convention on the Prevention of Marine Pollution by Dumping of Wastes and Other Matter (London Convention, 1972), the sea dumping of all types of radioactive waste was finally prohibited in 1994.

In any case, global, national and regional norms and instruments must be consulted in accordance with the provisions of the Convention on the Prevention of Marine Pollution by Dumping of Wastes and Other Matter (the London Convention).9
