17A.74 Programme support services encompass the functions and structures relating to administration; management and development of human resources; programme planning, finance, programme monitoring and evaluation; and conference andgeneralservices. Programmesupport activities are performed by the Office of Planning and Programme Coordination, the Human Resources Management and Finance Division and the Conference and General Services Division. The allocation of responsibilities among these three entities are as follows:
