The Act defines the term “handling of substances” as the production, manufacture, preparation, processing, bottling, packaging, supply, transportation, procurement, distribution, sale, offering for sale, giving or donation of chemical substances.
وقد عرّف القانون عبارة ”تداول المواد“ بإنتاج المواد الكيماوية أو تصنيعها أو تحضيرها أو معالجتها أو تعبئتها أو تغليفها أو تجهيزها أو نقلها أو حيازتها أو توزيعها أو عرضها للبيع أو بيعها أو هبتها أو التبرع بها.
