As recommended by the expert group, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) is considering the revision of the current data collection instrument (the United Nations Survey of Crime Trends and Operations of Criminal Justice Systems, now in its ninth edition), with a view to enabling reporting on offences covered by the Organized Crime Convention and its Protocols.
وحسبما أوصى به فريق الخبراء، فإن مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة ينظر في تنقيح الأداة المستخدمة حاليا لجمع البيانات (دراسة الأمم المتحدة الاستقصائية لاتجاهات الجريمة وعمليات نظم العدالة الجنائية، في طبعتها التاسعة الآن)، بغية تيسير الإبلاغ في التقارير عن الجرائم المشمولة في اتفاقية الجريمة المنظمة وبروتوكولاتها.
