In that context, the implications of results-based management for the utilization of UNDAF, in particular in terms of its impact on United Nations programming processes and tools, need to be addressed more fully; the skills base of programme staff, including in basic programme/project planning, management, monitoring and evaluation, needs to be upgraded; and there is a need for information and knowledge management systems to be used and adapted to reinforce the virtuous cycle of testing, application, learning and adjustment which has been a hallmark of the results-based management initiative.
وفي هذا السياق لا بد من تناول أكثر استفاضة لآثار الادارة المستندة الى النتائج على استخدام اطار عمل الأمم المتحدة للمساعدة الانمائية، وخاصة من حيث تأثير هذه الادارة في عمليات وأدوات البرمجة بالأمم المتحدة؛ وضرورة الارتقاء بالقاعدة المهارية لموظفي البرامج، بما في ذلك أسس تخطيط وادارة ورصد وتقييم البرامج/المشروعات؛ وضرورة استخدام وتطويع نظمها لادارة المعلومات والمعرفة بحيث تعزز من الدورة المجدية التي تتألف من الاختبار والتطبيق والتعلم والمواءمة، والتي كانت سمة مميزة لمبادرة الادارة المستندة الى النتائج.
